How Often Should You Prospect?

POWERFACT:  Prospecting is the lifeblood of your business — all year round!

I’m often asked, “How often should I prospect?” Most of the time I recommend that my audience and coaching members set aside three days a week for at least an hour each day. However, that doesn’t always work for every agent. As we kick off a new month, I thought I’d offer a challenge to you all!  Make just two connections per day with either a FSBO or an Expired. Do that for 30 days and you’ll have made 60 new connections which should equal at least one, two, three — or more listings, which will lead to a financial breakthrough.

You can make them in the car, on the way to an appointment, from the office, from home — whatever you choose — just commit to TWO per day.
